Internal Investigations
Mark White Law assists businesses by conducting confidential attorney-client privileged internal investigations into allegations of fraud, bribery, hostile work environment, employee theft and other offenses or violations of company codes of conduct.
Mark White brings a wealth of experience to his role as investigator and legal advisor. He is a former federal agent and former Assistant United States Attorney in Houston. He was Senior Compliance Counsel for Cameron International, a global oil field services company, where he was led the internal investigations and anticorruption compliance program. Mark later headed the forensic practice at KPMG’s Houston office where he conducted internal investigations on behalf of firm clients.
